  • Blue Health Coaching - a beach-based life or professional coaching session. We encourage you to embrace something a little different from traditional coaching and bring in techniques from CBT, NLP and MBIT to provide a unique experience.

    This may or may not include physically entering the water, which is entirely up to you.

    Sessions are a minimum of 90 min each and are recommended in blocks of 3 sessions over 4-12 weeks to get the best results.

  • Traditional life & professional coaching sessions help you make the changes you have longed for.

    I will work with you to identify and release any blocks or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from creating the life of your dreams.

    Together, we'll create action plans for success and work to support you in achieving them. I focus on helping you realise your full potential personally and professionally.

    Sessions from 60 min to 90 mins. Recommended a block of 3 to start.

  • A supported session where you’ll be introduced to the theory and science behind a daily dip into cold water.

    In a custom-built immersion barrel, you’ll experience first-hand the benefits and emerge renewed and refreshed.

    You can also be guided on how to start your immersion journey at home, what you need to consider to make your sessions comfortable, and how to create your own cold water environment.

    This session can be incorporated with coaching for low-level fears and anxiety, such as stage fright or flying, where we will use cold water to help reduce the symptoms.

  • Time spent in green spaces can have a positive impact on mental health and help to reduce stress. Research has found that people are more likely to feel relaxed in nature, with some studies suggesting a link between spending time in nature and reduced levels of anxiety or depression.

    A guided session where we will experience green spaces with all our senses by participating in mindfulness exercises can be particularly beneficial. We will focus on our breath and notice and appreciate the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes of the natural environment around us.

    The aim is to enjoy being present in the moment and become aware of all that we are experiencing through our senses. This can help bring a sense of calmness and clarity.

    You’ll be introduced to different types of journaling, visualisation and mindfulness.

    This is a holistic experience/treatment which is tailored to the seasons.
